Ahmad O’Neal, Head Runner at Certified Runz RC, is a native of Savannah, Gerogia. At 24yrs of age, Ahmad loves fitness, staying healthy & connecting with other fitness lovers within the community. Starting as a solo runner, Ahmad always encourages his peers to join him on atleast one run to promote building connections while staying fit.
